I’m feeling a little crappy today – headache and stuff like that. Blah. I took a big long nap and now I’m up for a while again. I think I might have stressed my body out with working out too much in the last few days. I did a stretching workshop on Sunday, Yoga, Pilates, and Spinning yesterday, and then woke up feeling SO tired today. Poor me!
