This tattoo design is on its way to being done. It’s for my best friend Jenny who, I’m proud to say, has two of my tattoo designs already! I’m going to add in the famous bridge over which the three little goats try to “tramp, tramp, tramp” to get to the green pasture.

I’m working on this custom painting for a new client and it’s quite challenging! The first layers are on right now, and one of the colors is not quite right yet. I’m going to revisit the paint store and find the perfect colors. Also on the list today: find a beautiful canvas floating frame to send it off in when it’s ready!

Here’s the update on my skimmer illustration from a couple of months back. I’ve added in some fishies and a nice uneven stripe pattern fill. The background color will most likely change since it’s a bit dull.
Haiti Poster Project

I want to take part in the Haiti Poster Project coming up March 15th. You guys should make some posters too! All proceeds go to towards their goal of donating $1,000,000 to Doctors Without Borders. Here’s my idea – based on the Haiti Lives image I did a couple of weeks ago, I think it’s a big improvement. I used the traditional head wrap that many women wear in Haiti as a part of the fractured flag.

Here’s a new version of the Cockatiels – gonna print these later in the week. I like the new details – I put in a eucalyptus habitat for these two lovebirds.
